Consider going to a full-service printer (with their own design studio, if possible) and ask them to make it for you. The printer can order a die that will be used to cut it out after it is printed. These vary in cost, and may range around 200 dollars.

This takes time and money. Try to give the printer as much time as possible.

Oops, I thought you meant you wanted it cut out when you said "trimmed." Ignore the whole die thing, but consider a printer/designer.
