NEED REAL AFFORDABLE But GOOD DJ
Looking for an afforadable DJ for my sister`s wedding. I got married on New Years eve a few years back and our DJ was very Reasonable. About $175 for 5 hours and provided a SAX for entertainment. He has moved out of state or he`d be the one. He was not a family friend. Anyone know of a good DJ in Riverside County area that is Affordable? Prices seem to be really, really high!

I just want you to know that the average cost of a DJ for 4 hrs. Is around 650.00 and then 100.00 each add. Hr. Thats here in Ohio.
If you find one that is cheaper than that they are probably not that good. Just my opinion.
I know a really good DJ in Norwalk, Ohio---ME :) LOL
Seriously, you can call around and try to find a cheap DJ but you get what you pay for and a DJ can make or break a wedding reception. Most people don`t remember what they ate at a reception, or what the color scheme was, but they remember that they danced all night and had a great time listening to the music.
I hope you are able to find a good DJ. Congrats!!!

The DJ that we normally refer people to has a 2 hour minimum. For around $300, he will do the first two hours of the reception, handling the announcements and such. You can see if you can find a DJ willing to do that. After they leave, you can use a 5 cd changer loaded with cd`s that you`ve made or purchased to keep people dancing for the rest of the reception. (be sure to only download music that is royalty free, or off of sites where you can pay the royalty fee to download)
It has worked out well for some of my couples that had a tight budget!
