Quinceanera? NEED MAJOR HELP!!!!

A FRIEND WANTS TO HAVE HER DAUGHTER`S QUINCE.. IN FEBRUARY, 2004. BUT, SHE HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED W/ THE CHURCH, ONLY BAPTISED. WHAT CAN SHE DO?

Has she not had her 1st communion? some parishes do not require for you to be confirmed , just having your baptisim and 1st communion. I just got my 1st communion in october, and my quinceanera is in march. Im sorry that i could not offer any ideas.
