Seeking Vendors To Sponsor Wedding/Reception

I am seeking vendors to assist a to be Navy family in Maryland,DC, VA are in having the wedding of thier dreams. Ample advertising will be provided at the wedding and reception and many of my potential clients will be in attendance. I envision a formal affair that rekindles to true romance of early Royal Weddings.
My fiancès selfless service to his country renders only a meager salary and is not enough to cover tuition, medical bills and live off of, let alone plan a wedding. I am able to work full time and go to school but it`s not enought to cover our dream wedding.
We are truly soulmates and would love to have all the bells and whistles at our wedding, since true love only happens once in 300 lifetimes. This is not an event that I take lightly. Please contact me if you are interested at all in helping two young lovers have their dream Royal Medieval Winter Fantasy Wedding. I would like to look back on that day and not wish anything were different or that I could do it "right".
I have never enjoyed the "finer things in life" and for one day I would like to truly feel like a princess. As a bonus I am an aspiring wedding planner/designer and your products would be used by the very people inquiring about my services.

Thank you for your generosity.

UMMMM, if he is REALLY in the military, he does not pay for medical OR tuition. They are both 100% paid for.

Check with the Chaplains wherever you are stationed. They normally perform ceremonies for free. Also, the Chapel facilities on a military base are normally free to military families. Check with other wives there on base to find out if anyone is particularly crafty and helpful. Also, many will have wedding related items on hand that they will let you borrow. Rent, borrow, or buy a used wedding gown. Buy flowers in bulk. I`ll be happy to send you very simple instructions on how to assemble lovely bouquets. You will also probably be able to find a low cost or free venue for a reception there on base, also. Stick with simple fare. Use your network of military wives to borrow twinkle lights to decorate with. Buy tulle in bulk at discount stores like Walmart. Spray paint baskets in gold and fill them with flowers or fruit or candles for centerpieces. Sprinkle metallic confetti liberally for sparkle.

I`ve helped many military brides plan almost no cost weddings. All have been fairytales. My sister married a Military firefighter. They had a beautiful wedding utilizing all of the tricks I mentioned above. She is living happily ever after, within the means of a military family. YOU can create the wedding of your dreams by being creative and utilizing local resources. As always, wedding professionals here on partypop will help you with any questions you may have, or can give you ideas. Good luck to you.

I agree I absolutely could do it all myself. I am a wedding designer however we decided that we were going to extend this invitation to vendors (most very unknown) to assist and use it as advertising for their particular company. Also since I get to see them at their best I am eager to recommend them to my clients. The chapel was our original idea however it will not be finished being renovated by the time of our wedding. Which upsets me because I really wanted to get married there, but I don`t think they would allow the decor I had in mind. I wasn`t going to have flowers at all but a local florist said she would love to participate, so we are going to have her arragements and that is all. For the most part the vendors who are participating are just as excited as we are to have them participate. They are really happy to truly be happy to help us. They aren`t all just giving us stuff. For the most part they are just donating the items for the day but that is fine I am happy to have them if only for my wedding day. I also had a wedding planner donate her services and I am a wedding planner. The chaplain is going to marry us.
I understand all you are saying and I am willing to have the advertisements in order to have the finer things I cannot afford. Since they have been so well received I feel grateful for their participation.
