Evening Wedding...

I am planning an evening wedding for June in Phoenix, AZ. It will be outside in a backyard. Lots of white lights and candles. I am having a hard time picking colors. I want it to be elegant, but at the same time I have a fun adventurous personality. Could I use a brighter, more fun flower/color and still keep the elegance and not throw off the mood? Like wildflowers..reds, oranges, etc.

Evening weddings are inherently elegant. I think that you can do alot with fiery reds, oranges, etc. The key to elegance with any color scheme is simplicity. Also, use lots of different shades of white to offset the bright colors. For example, if you are going to have a bright color for a bridesmaid gown, be sure to pair it with simple jewlery and a classic hairstyle to preserve the elegance.
