Bustle On Tulle Wedding Dress

I bought my wedding dress and since the alterations that were needed were minimal---I decided to do them myself. I have done alot of sewing and I have also altered other dresses but my dress is a tulle skirt and I am not sure which would be the best way to bustle the tulle skirt. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Tulle skirt gowns usually only have chapel length trains. 1) Chapel length trains don`t need bustling and 2) when someone tries to bustle a chapel train, it almost never looks good.
