Looking For Plus Size. Please Help

I have a bridesmaid that i cannot seem to find anything for.
She is 5`5 ad 220lbs. I am not sure of this but i think she is what they call an "apple figure"? She has short thin arms and legs. From heath issues just from shoulders to belly is what is "big"

I need a Lavender (any shade) size 24 dress!
