HELP!!!!! I NEED IDEAS!!!

Hey Guys, I am getting ready to plan my Best friends 26th Birthday party. I wanted to do something at a really nice restaurant that has a banquet room..She Choose her THEME Colors to be Salmon Pink & Green (she is a AKA-- the sorority that is) and she also wanted to do a candle light kind of Dinner. We have 30 people who we know are definetly coming. So please give me some GREAT suggestions on how to make it elegant , Nice, Young (Youthful) and FUN.... We have a variety of age groups ranging from 22 years old thru 60 years old.. So I would like to keep it fun and Hip yet nice and elegant if you know what I mean..
