Sasabridal - Do You Trust/Have You Used Them?

I am thinking of purchasing a bridal dress from Sasa. Has anyone ever used them and if so, do you highly recommend them? I spent time watching seamstresses in Asia before and i know that they CAN do a godo job, but I wonder about Sasavbridal because of their sketchy return policy (exchange only, restocking fee, within 3 days of receipt, etc.) Please help!
