PLEASE HELP!!!

I am getting married March 2004.

My mother suffered a stroke last year that now she has no use of left arm, and only 1/2 use of her left leg. She is in leg braces and walks with a cane.

Due to this she can not wear any type of dress. She can only wear Tenna shoes.

I am SOO Clueless in what outfit to even beging to look for? Since my father past away last Nov. She is determined to wear something nice to stand happy and proud for both of them. I told her to wear what she was comfortable in which is just sweats but, she refuses. She is a size 24 in a shirt and 22 in pants.
