Sweet Sixteen For My Best Freind

Hi, i need help planning my best friends b-day party..she doesn`t want a big party..and what ever we do needs to be really fun and exciting...her b-day is in 2 days and we have nothing! i need help! we were going to get a limo but can`t because they are all booked... So we need something else. I have a $200 and it`s currently snowing outside..whatever we do needs to be good for guys and girls...and maybe something around the house.
