Really Cool Teen Parties

Hi, Im 13 and over here, we have parties, but we have balls too. I need some advice on planning a ball. We decided to have ours our cenior year the first weekend in may. The theme is a Hawaiin. We thought of having the name as Hona Lulu or something. I really need advice on food, decorations and stuff. Do you think its a good idea to rent limo`s or what. I NEED HELP!!!!
