Games For A Baby Shower
I`m throwing a surprise baby shower for my younger sister at the end of this month, as she is the first girl out of the 6 of us to have the first child in the family. Anyways, I have never, ever done this before.....Does anyone know of some exciting games that we can play at these things to make it more enjoyable for the younger crowd (like me???) Anything is appreciate.....THANKS!! In desperate need :-)

Guess how big the belly is!! That is a good one. Have a spool of yarn or ribbon (TP would work too) and pass it around to each of the guests. Have each guest cut a length of ribbon they think would touch end to end when wrapping it around mommy`s tummy. The different lengths people come up with are always good for a laugh.
Have your guests bring a baby picture of themselves. Have a designated volunteer (not you, you will be busy) take the photos from the guests when they arrive. Put the photos on a piece of poster board and number each photo. As guests are mingling they can stop by and try and guess who is who.
Finally the ever popular "memory game". Fill a tray will all sorts of various baby needs (bottel, diaper, pacifier, spoon, rattle whatever you want). Cover the tray with a blanket and bring it to the center of the group. Give everyone some time to check out the tray. Put the blanket back over the tray and remove it from the room. Have everyone write down as many items they can remember and whoever remembers the most wins.
Good luck...to you and your sister!!
