Flower Girl Ideas

My flower girls can`t throw the flowers either so i glued some nice silk flowers to a styrofoam ball and just sat it inside the baskets so they can carry them, just not throw them. It looks really nice. One of my flower girls will also be carrying a stuffed bear with a bow around it`s neck.

Do you know if the silk petals would be allowed? Now days the silk petals look pretty real. I know alot of the churches will not allow the fresh petals.
There are other things she can carry. Some are a basket of flowers, a pail of flowers, a floral wreath, a lollypop made from rose petals, a stuff animal with a big bow or floral halo or necklace, a battery operated candle with some flowers around the bottom, ect.

This is a variation on an idea I read about. All the other attendants being at the ceremonial site, the music stops. The FG processes, ringing a bell & perhaps saying "The bride is coming!" When she`s lined up w/ the others, the bride`s music begins for her processional.
