Vegas Weddings Chapels

Hi,
We are getting marrying on the 15th Sept 2004 in Vegas. However we are undecided which chapel to go with. We want an Elvis to do the ceremony and the only two decent chaples that seem to do this are Viva Las Vegas and Little Chapel of The Flowers. As we are coming from the UK we only have the websites to go by. Has anyone got any experience of these two chapels or can suggest any others? I was keen on the Viva Las Vegas but if it is on the `bad` part of the strip then i may think again.
