How do you go about doing this if you are going to different countries

I actually was thinking about doing this myself. I had my travel agent to assist me with the arrangements. After about a week of finding out what to do it is a lot of red tape you have to go through.
Depending on the country you would have to get permission from them and than they would tell you their rules and regulation that if you get married on a island. As far as getting married on the boat they also have a lot of rules and regulations.
My fiance and myself just decided to have our ceremony at home and use the cruise as the honeymoon. You can check with a travel agent and they can give you more details.
Hopefully this would help.

My Fiance and I are doing this but we chose a cruise with a a port of call in Key West. We are getting off the ship and going to the beach where a local officiant will be marrying us. The liscense is the same as if you get it done in your hometown since you have not left the country and it has the feel of a very exotic location.
