Ideas For Tennessee Wedding
Ok.............I got some great suggestions from people and now I am wondering about a couple things. I am planning on wine being my main color and would like to know what we would be good for accent colors. I am not big on gold, but what is harvest gold?? Any good ideas, ladies to toss at me since it will hopefully be a Sept. Wedding. Also, I know you should buy flowers that are in season....so what kind would be good for colors like that? Plus..........if any of you are familiar with TN I need some ideas of places for receptions and stuff. Any would be great. Thanks!!

Oh.........one more thing..............I heard silk flowers were just as beautiful, but lower in cost!! Can you do that with the color I have chosen and with the type of flowers that are normally seen in that time of year too?

Hello and Congratz,
Harvest gold is a darker shade of yellow, like a mustard yellow. Wine will go with any of the fall colors. Cream also works well with wine. There are lots of flowers that you can get in the fall. It just depends on what look you want. Heck anymore you can get fresh tulips all year round..:) Fall flowers are usually consided as lillies, rovers, mums, solidago, oak leaves, roses, safflower, thistles, hypericum, ect. Like I said it just depends on what look you are wanting. :) Some silks can be cheaper. I have seen some that are more expensive than the fresh. It all boils down to what you are really wanting..:)

HI,
If you are planning on getting married in/around Nashville then the Gaylord Opryland is THE most beautiful place in my opinion. There are also a lot of pretty plantations.
