Brother/Sister Dance Song

My brother is getting married this Saturday, December 20th. Him and I are very close. He is 18 and I 22 and I was like another Mom to him when we were growing up. Our Mom worked a lot when we were younger so him and I formed a close bond that has stayed with us into adulthood. I have been looking for a song that we could dance to that would appropriate for us and still be considerate to our Mother who is still his Mom. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them. Anything would be nice!!!
