I had a very successful catering company in NC, but had to move and leave it behind. Just starting out here. When I got married (in NC), I didn`t want to work my employees during the reception. I had a few employees set it up and get it going, then I had hired the youth group of our church to oversee the buffet. I saved a little money. They did a great job and earned money towards their trip to Rome. Then a few of my employees over saw the youth group properly cleaning up.
