Wedding Called Off
My fiancee called off the wedding and I am trying to figure out how to sell my Maggie Sottero wedding dress that has never even been tried on and my beautiful 2 ct total weight engagement ring. Selling it to a jeweler is a joke and I don`t know anyone who wants to buy a ring right now. Any suggestions? I am trying to recover financially from all the money put out so that I can find a place to live.

You will most likely take a loss. Once both items left the shop, they are considered used, just like a car. You will not get what they are worth. People shopping either want new from a store and expect to pay for it or want less expensive used from an individual. Unfortunately, this is the way it is.
Have you tried ebay or a consignment shop?

Hi Cori sorry to hear about your situation. Try posting on other classifieds or ebau as the person before suggested. How much are you asking for the Maggie, size, color etc

Put those items on ebay. I`m sure someone will buy them. Do you have any guy friends that are planning on proposing? You could sell them your ring.
