Caterers

Has anyone had any luck finding a good caterer where the rentals of chinaware and linens don`t cost more than the food itself. We are in the Orange County, CA and we are having a hard time finding a caterer for less than $10000 total.

We need more info. Why are they charging $10,000? How many people? Are the plates made of gold? What`s the whole story?

I am a caterer that is known for not ripping people off. I don`t know if that`s a decent price or not.

The $10000 is including the price for food and service too. For example, food for 250 guest is costing $3200, but then the rentals is $4000. I`m really just trying to find a place to rent the chinaware etc for cheap.
