I used to work in their customer service department so I can fill you in on some info. The most important thing to do is make sure to note that you want all the dresses pulled from the same dye lot. Sometimes the shades might vary slightly from lot to lot and most people wouldn`t think anything of it, unless of course you have several people in the same dress all standing right next to each other. The second thing I recommend is asking for the specific measurements on one of the dress. They would have racks of items on the floor so that we could pull them down and see the quality, sizing, etc. Ask them to locate the dress and provide you specific measurements on the size that is there. That way you can see if the sizes run true or if they run larger or small ( they sometimes can run small). This will avoid alteration costs. Don`t worry if say they have a size 4 on the floor and no one in your wedding party is a 4. Just find someone that you know that wears that size and compare measurements.
As for quality, I think that they do a good job giving you a nice product, especially for the price you pay. I don`t work there anymore so I`m not plugging them. :) The other nice thing about it too is they offer a large range of sizes and they sometimes have matching shoes and purses at reasonable prices.
