Don`t be discouraged by that jerk! ... Just make you not to run out of food! :-) you could get a list of all your and your guests favorites and have food that everyone will enjoy :-) you could do the same with music.

Hi, im angel im a XV coordinator and i dont think that you should wory about the food if you have 2mo. If a guest gets there late and there`s no more food sory guy/gal you need to worie about your decorations what always looks nice is baloons ok here`s a quick tip choose 2colors ok, blow up 2of each color then tie 2 baloons together/making sure that there not the same color(do the same to the other two then just wrap them together if you do 10or more sets of these you can make an arch by just attaching them to a string! i have tun`s of tips! i hope that ive been of help
