I Was Robbed By A Party Pop Poster
It`s been over a month now since I paid for my dress and "Anna Splitter" lives in Chico, CA., and I live in Missouri. She had seen a post of mine about wanting that dress on partypop and she got ahold of me. Of course she said that she had my dress in my size at an incredible price so I jumped on it! BAD MOVE! She didn`t actually have an online site so I was a little leary and should have listened to my gut. I just figured she had a small boutique and that it closed and she was trying to sell stock. She sounded legit in our initial emails. Since I sent payment when I, Jesse and Paypal tried to call or email her regarding the matter we have gotten no response. Paypal tried to get my money back from her but instead I only got back $3.40 which was all that was in her paypal account, (exactly 10% of what I paid, nice joke) which is basically like getting nothing back at all. I tried to contact her several times about the whereabouts of my dress and she never responded. Paypal says that they are dissatisfied about the resolution and will take action against her account. I`m not sure if this means they will still try to get my money back, but I have a friend who is a criminal justice major and she says that it does mean that. My fiance` who loaned me the money to get the dress is trying to find out as much as he can on her to see what he can get done to get our money back.
The detective in Chico, CA., got ahold of FH Friday and wants him to fax him all email correspondence. Luckily I saved it all. I`m not even sure why I did, it is not something I make a habit of doing, but I saved every single one. Apparently "Anna Splitter" doesn`t exist nor has her company "Something Knew Bridal Essentials," ever existed yet she has a yellow pages ad. The detective said she`s covered her tracks well enough to have done this before. With the information we send him and with her IP address we can help track her down. He also says he has some connections with Paypal so he should be able to do something about it.
WATCH OUT FELLOW BRIDES TO BE!

The original post has been deleted but it was titled "maggies, jasmines, b2s and MORE!" and I know I saw several other party pop posters as interested as I was, I hope no one else was robbed.
