Heart Balloon Arches

Has anyone made a heart balloon arch for their wedding reception?

No, they are tacky. Balloons have only one place - at a kid`s birthday party.

Hello,
People will have different thoughts about having balloons at a wedding. So if you want to have ballons at your wedding, then do it. :) I will let you know that balloon arches can be hard to do if you have not done them before. They are also time consuming. You might want to look into having someone do them for you if you are wanting them
Congratz and remember to have fun..:)

I don`t think that a balloon arch is a bad idea, I thought about using one for my wedding. If you go to www.rexcraft.com, go to the accessories page and under the decorations link they sell a 25 foot strip with precut holes to just punch the balloons in. It looks really easy to do. I think it is only around $8.00.

Balloons are wonderful and can add beauty to any event. I do weddings for a living including cakes and balloon arches. A balloon arch, columns and centerpieces can add an unique touch to your wedding reception. They do offer balloon strips, but unless you have a ton a time before your wedding or if you`re not balloon crafty, I would suggest letting a professional or a crafty family member or friend do this for you. I live in Houston, Tx if you need my assistance please call 281-859-7706. Congratulations and best wishes. Thanks!

The common misconception of the majority is that balloons are only for kiddie parties. Adding balloons to your wedding can still elegant. Just remember to use simple colors like white, gold, silver or pastel colors so as not to make your wedding too festive. Also remember to keep it to a minimum. A heart arch in the entrance is really nice. I made one for my sister`s wedding and it was a great hit! people are so used to having flowers on weddings, why not add spice to it by adding balloons. :) just a few thoughts...
