My Sweet Sixteen

Where do you go around giving themes based on race I really don`t appreciate that, I am jamaican and and my sweet sixteen is coming up and I like the whole idea of having a bashmaent but not too bashment party because I am a christian, but IN want my party to be a night to remember I was thinking I should have a cruise to key west since I live in florida and on the cruise ship I have a ceremony sort of like what spanish people does(dance routine, video recording, crown ect.) but not quite I just want it to be nice I just need ideas, after the event then we would board on to keywest the morning and go and have fun like jet skiing shopping?( since I will be getting major money to spend) I don`t know what else I could do at keywest since I have never been there.
