Beach Wedding

Hi...We`re looking to have a beach wedding in Virginia Beach. We have a tight budget and about 50-75 guests. The date is set for Aug., 2004 and the reception is booked. Any money saving tips and/or ceremony sights in mind? Maybe a lighthouse scene??? Please help!
