Help On Lunch Buffet

We are getting married 4-24-04 around 4:00 for about 200 people and we are on a tight budget. I am having drama over the food!!! Can I just have a nice cold buffet or should I have a least one hot item? Thanks for any input. Bren

You can certainly do all cold items if you`d like -- it`s completely up to you. Hot or cold your guests will appreciate being fed a meal.

Hi! You can do a cold buffet if you like! I;ve seen several really elegant cold buffets that were delicious. The only thing is that for a 4pm wedding you are well beyond lunch and should be serving dinner. You`ll probably have to go a little heavier on the food than you would for a lunch buffet.
