Response Cards

My sister is getting married in January. For guests she invited addressed (example: Mr. John Dupnik and Guest) some are responding without the guests name. For her reception, she will have assigned tables but not seats (as well as choices for meals). How does she account for the guests name on the seating card?

She has to phone John Dupnik and ask what his guest`s name is.
