Sweet 16 Order Of Services Help Please

Hello, i am giving my daughter a sweet 16 it is going to be a formal event. It is going to be held in a hall. I have some sponsors and i have sponsors that will be giving my daughter a bible, ring,necklace, etc. I am not sure of how to do the order of service. We are a black family and i am not sure if you do it similar to a quiceanera. Could someone please help me. Thanks ASAP
