For A 15th Birtdhay!

Well, see I have this step sister that is turning 15, and I wanted to trhow her a party, and I was hoping that someone could give me some advice on what the theme should be, I went onto about maybe 2 to 3 websites, and I still haven`t found the right one, and her birthday is in December!!! :(
Things she`s interested in; She likes to take pictures, she likes to ALWAYS be on her phone, she also is in love with Spider Man!
