My daughter is looking for a wedding dress seamstress in the DC area to alter her mom`s wedding dress by keeping the skirt and using the top of her mom`s dress to cover a corset so that the dress she wears is a corset-style wedding dress. There is information on how to contact your local chapter (for referrals), and some members even post their information on the website itself.
