Ideas For 1 Maid Of Honor And 1 Best Man

I am going to have 1 maid of honor and 1 best man. We are not having a flower girl nor ring barrer. My maid of honor will come down the asile and throw rose petals on the ground for me, and when she gets to the front our best man will present her with her bouquet and then they will go stand in their approprate places.
Were having 2 ushers also.

Any suggestions about what my 15 year old brother can do in my wedding?

Perhaps he could be a reader or a greeter?

Are you having a church wedding. Most Christian churches Catholic and Lutheran services have two lessons read, as do their marriage ceremonies.
You can choose whatever readings you want read. Mine are being read by my Fiancee`s sister and my Godmother, nice way to include others in the ceremony. He also could hand out programs as the Ushers escort people to their pews.

At our church wedding we have some songs and the pastor that is marrying us gives a min sermon. We usually take communion, and were having another minister do that for us and say a blessing/prayer over us. Theres usually no reading. I think one of our friends will had out the programs. While our ushers escort people.. I was thinking he could do a toast or something at our reception....If I can`t find something for him to do. I just wanted him to do something really special..

Why dont you have him walk you down the aisle. If your father is going to why not have both of them do it.

Your brother can do a reading, sing, play an instrument walk down the isle with your mom to light the unity candle, greet guest as they walk in the door and have them sign the guest book and hand them programs, he can be moral support for you, you can have three ushers to seat guests, he can give a special speach at the reception, he can be the errand boy to stay at the house and make sure nothing has been forgotten, honourary best person (take some of the stress off of the bestman and maid of honor.)
There are numerous things he can do at the wedding. You can even dedicate a special song to him at the reception and the two of you can dance together.

Hope this helps.
