CANDY MESSAGE POEM FOR BIRTHDAYS

A while back I did a birthday poem on a very large piece of cardboard. It told a little poem about getting old and you put candy and candy bars in certain places. I remember some of the candy as being Skor, Nutrageous, Mounds, etc. Does anyone know what I`m talking about and if so, could you send me the poem.
