Not Enough Damas And Chambelanes

My sister has had trouble gathering the damas and the chambelanes, so we decided not to have them but it`s still be done in a catared place being that it`s paid for already.
1st - Parents entrance
2nd- Birthday girls entrance
3rd- Little boy and girl entrance w/ shoes and crown
4th- changing of shoes and placing crown
5th- Dance with Dad
6th - Birthday girl does and a duo dance with partner
7th- Last thing candle lighting ceremony when dinner is served.
Does any one think that this is a good idea , I mean we have no choice it`s too late to find any more people to come out in it and it`s getting frustrating
