David`s Bridal

Here`s yet another negative experience with David`s Bridal. I shopped at the store at Village Fair North Shopping Center 12863 North Tatum Blvd, Suite B-4 Phoenix, Az 85032. Not needing to go into full detail but with the frustration that we brides deal with to begin with this was not necessary. There selection was not ready for immediate pick up and I found their shoes and under garments to be heavily soiled as well. I needed my dress to be shipped and they quoted me $15.00; when I called to to place the transaction I was told by the assistant manager the actual additional cost. By the time I was through talking to her and being scolded by her as if I was some young child I was ready (and still am) to contact corporate office. She ( Karen Selak) could care less; and from reading the previous notes I can see why. I am far from done with this and I will go as far as necessary in order to receive an apology. Good luck to all.......and buyer beware!
