From the 1920`s to 2012`s "SPLASH Days" are her again! Sylviane, a reputable, experienced pageant and event coordinator, has performed extensive research in order to revive her "Splash Days" celebration. NOW that marathon thousand people will enjoyed a Splash Days event feature ti officially open the season, now that multi-cored oleanders are filling the air with fragrance and riot of colors, now that the sun is hot and the Gulf is bleu.

Many Beachfront hotels, have been remodeled and redecorated, New business and recreational establishments have been opened on the Beachfront, Established in the 1920`s. This event was a wonderful city celebration that welcomed the long-awaited summer to Galveston Island. This celebration consisted of a beauty pageant, and parade. The last "Splash Days" event was held in the late 1995`s with the "Miss Splash Day Pageant. Since Sylviane move out of the Island no other events was plan, So this year Sylviane is proud to host the revival of `Splash days" Pageant. This celebration will take place in August 6 & 7-2011, It will consist of many activities. The Miss Splash Days. Pageant, the contestants for the pageant will participate in two types of swimsuit competitions, First, they will represent a 1920`s bathing beauty by wearing a swimsuit design from the 1920`s , Old Time Glamour. Second, a sexier, less conservative 2000`s One piece swimsuit will be worm, The contestants encouraged to participated are between the ages of 4 and to Mrs. Division, and can be either single or married. The entry is a mere $75.00 and this will qualify the girls and woman for a chance to participate in all the of the "Old Good Summer Time `Splash Days" activities. It will also includes a chance for them to become "Miss Splash Days." The winners of the Miss Splash Will received many great gifts,However! In order to have such a wonderful event, many volunteers and sponsors are needed, Your participation will be greatly appreciated by the entire community.
