Depo

I have been on the depo for 5 years and have had no real problems. I got on it because I was having many cists. Since getting on I have had no cists. Though I am thinking of switching since in a few years I would like to start trying to have a baby. My doctor did tell me that it could take up to a year to get pregnant, but if she were me to wait longer to reduce the chance of miscarage. Her exact words were to wait until I had one year of regular periods so maybe that`s what most of your doctors said and you just can`t remember. To be perfectly honest I don`t see how after one shot anyone had problems because most doctors will tell you that it takes more than one shot to get your body use to it. Any I hope that if you guys are right that when I do switch to the pill that my body smoothes over the transition and I don`t bleed like crazy. I really couldn`t handle it. I haven`t had a real period ever and I`m not sure that I could really handle it.
