DC/MD/VA December Wedding, Need Help!

I need to find a place to have a small, family wedding in December. With the time of year, it will need to be indoors. We are planning on having an intimate dinner reception following at a separate restaurant, so a simple, elegant place would be idea, any ideas?! Thank you.
