Go to askginka.com -- she has themes -- one of which is "winter" check the section on cakes -- she has many links to bakers with beautiful snowflake cake ideas. My favorites are earlene`s cakes but there are many others. I am also considering making my own royal icing snowflakes. Go to bettycrocker.com and search for delicate icing snowflakes. I don`t have any idea how hard this will be but my idea is that maybe I can just order several white cakes and arrange the icing snowflakes on them and save on cake costs -- you know as soon as you say "wedding cake" at the bakery the serving sizes go down and the price goes up. It is obscene!

Wilton`s has a great snowflake cake. That is where i got my idea for my winter wedding cake with snow falling off of it. Look up his web. Of his cake book at wal-mart.
