June Wedding Colors???

Hey iam having the same problem i cant pick colors. One of my friends gave me a great suggestion though which was to go to a local store that sales paint and pick up some of their samples to see what colors look good togeather. Its helped me atleast narrow it down a little bit.

My wedding is in June "04" too and I am using mauve and ivory.
I like the pastel colors, though some do not. It is a personal dhoice.

What colors do you like or what are your favorite colors? You should like the colors you are picking out. Remember most of the pictures will have the flowers in them one way or another. You could go with just a mono tone colors, which is one color in all shades, a couple of colors or a multi colored flower decor. I will be more than happy to give you ideas with the colors but need some more info from you. :)

I`m having a June 2004 wedding also and my colors are pale shades of lavendar, yellow and green. (It`s an afternoon garden-style theme.)

I am in the same position-the dress I wanted was rum pink and ivory. I decided on celadon and ivory with rum pink for colors and my fiance doesn`t want a light color, he wants a dark "manly" color- I like dusty rose and burgundy with ivory to off set the dark, but I have a red headed bridesmaid and she doesn`t go with pink!
So now I am stuck- I feel like when I have my colors, I can do everything else- my wedding is in june-thats just around the corner, please help!!!

We started out with pastel blue and a goldish color but when I took two of my bridesmaids dress shopping they looked so good in cranberry dress that they tried on, we switched to that! I was a little nervous but since we hadn`t bought anything else yet we went with it. My finace likes it a lot better and I`m excited about it too. We are going to use a light baby pink on the flower girls as an accent color.

I am also in June 04, and I just recently chose my colors. I chose to find my bridesmaids dresses first, because there were so many variations of certain colors. I found the dresses I want and they came in 5 pastel type colors. I was able to see two colors of the dress on someone (blue and pink) and loved the pink! I never thought I would have a pink wedding, but I knew it had to be when I saw that dress!

We are getting married June 26th, 2004. We went to the paint store and looked at color swatches. It give us colors we never would have thought of. We decided on Cranberry, platnium and white. Not your typical summer colors but we loved them together, and decorations were easy to find.

My wedding was June 8. The colors were banana and white. The guys wore white tuxedos with yellow vest and ties. The groom wore all white. The bridesmaids wore banana dresses. The flower girls wore white dresses and threw yellow rose petals.

I am getting married in june 2004. We could not decide on a color theme and did not want to use any bright colors, including pink or blue so we agreed on light gold with white. Hope this helps!!

How about a pearl white and rose for colors? Pearl is the birthstone and rose the flower. Any color rose of course!

Congrats!!! We are also getting married this June. I found the flowers that I liked and built the wedding colors around the flowers. Hydrangeas are the flowers, and they come in many colors...we are using the purple, and sage green shades...with white roses.

We are also getting married in June (the 5th).. We went w/ Sage green and purple as well. Congrats and Good Luck to all =)
