House Of Brides... Reputable?!?!

Hello one and all. I am getting married next summer and this wedding stuff is so mind boggling. The prices for dresses is outrageous! However I have found certain sites online that swear to be cheaper and to send authentic gowns. Right now I am looking at HouseofBrides Has anyone heard of this place or ordered through them? I am worried about ording online. How can one be sure? Is there any kind of legal action that I could take if something goes wrong? Please help me.
