I have seen sime bridal barbies with red hair,also a vintage holiday ornament with red hair, possibly you could use that, or another type of doll.

Thanks! I found an ornament that is new this year. Rhett and Scarlet and they look just like us, minus the rhett mustache. He is carrying her up the stairs in a red velvet ball gown which is our color too. Turns out the top layer of the cake will be six inches and this is a four inch ornament, it will be perfect.
