How To Welcome Out Of Town Guests
I am having a wedding in Vegas November 29, 2003 -- and would like to present the out of town guests (20) with someone upon their arrival at hotel giving these times and details of where the chapel is and where dinner will be held -- any suggestions on how to make this small token especially thoughtful

Hi, I live here in vegas, do you?! One of the thing I have heard of is giving each guest (of age) a $1 token from the casino you are staying at... You could include a small little saying about taking a gamble...just an idea! You can also buy chocolate gaming tokens as well (for those not 21)

Hospitality bags are usually done for these occasions. Pick pretty gift bags and fill them with snacks and goodies (ie candy, baked goods, chips, crackers, fruit etc...) that your guests will appreciate while in the hotel and on their trip home. Also include in these bags a welcome letter, any itinerary, directions, or other necessary info.
The front desk of the hotel should give the bags out to guests upon checking in. Usually one bag per room is the norm for couples.

Thank you ladies for your replies so far. No, I do not live in Vegas. I am in Dallas TX.
Any ideas for how to prepare a program, or itinerary -- and how to use the correct language for such -- to be correct? How does one get the gaming token of sorts for the resort we are staying at? Thanks again.
