Fall Wedding
If anyone has some really creative fall wedding ideas, will you send them to me? I want to avoid traditional, overused decorations and such. I am totally open to hand making things myself. Thanks in advance.

My Mom and I made my centerpieces. I am getting married in two weeks. We are having a fall theme, but no pumpkins, or cornstalks etc. I`m having fall colors and leaves. I bought large containers of fall leaves at the dollar store last year (but I just saw them last week also). My flower girl is going to drop them in church. We are also going to place them on the tables around the centerpieces. Last year at this time I went to a local craft store and bought 13inch glass vases and all their fall silks were 50% off. I filled the bottom with pumpkin spice poupouri and then filled them with the fall color silk flowers. Bought ivory bun candles and placed them on top. Bought gold filagree ribbon and tied bows around the neck....they turned out beautifully. They cost about $4.00 a piece....everyone who has seen them cannot believe that they were that inexpensive to make. My advise is to go out right now and get anything you can on clearence.

Great minds must think alike because I planned on hitting the clearance racks for silk leaves soon. I love your ideas! I am not getting married until Oct. 2004, so if anyone else has ideas, feel free to send them.
