Blotchy Skin--Help!

I cannot believe how many people have this "blotchiness" problem. I too am one of those people who gets blotches from my chest all the way up the side of my cheeks and sometimes even on my upper arms. It happens to me when I`m nervous or excited also. I`ve lived with this since I was a teenager and now I`m 24. I am also a school teacher and whenever I am being observed by another staff member or having a parent conference, I turn into one big blotch. I`ve done the turtleneck thing too for a while, but you can`t wear turtlenecks every day and that`s no way to live anyways. I will be talking to my doctor very soon. Thanks to everyone for their replies. It`s nice to know you`re not alone :) !
