IS A CHOREAGRAPHER NECCESARRY.?!?!

I want my Baile Sorpresa Dance to be ICONIC. Like I want people to be talking about it for weeks.! But in order for it to be epic, i need really good choreography. But In some quince things that I`ve been reading, I`ve seen that some don`t use a choreographer. Do i really need one.? And I`m 13, turning 14 in a month and i also don`t know how long i should work on my dance.
Help PLEASE.!!
