Wedding Venue Under $800

I am getting married next year March 24, my fiance` and I are on a tight budget of 5,000 but want to spend less and I know it is possible. I need a place to have the wedding and reception in the same place, no need to move around. I`m not looking for anything outside because I have bad sinus`. Please help so I can start getting the ball rolling. I have no idea what I`m doing.
