Cheap Reception Sites!!

Hi! I am planning on getting married in October of `04. I am located in the Cleveland/Akron Ohio area. Does anyone know of nice reception sites that don`t cast on arm and a leg?? We want a lot of creative control with the decorating so that is another factor. Thank you in advance for all your help!!
