Sweet 16 Party

I am starting to plan my daughters Sweet 16 party & need help. I thought about a Red Carpet party but don`t know where to begin planning it but then I also thought about a Paris theme party but don`t know where to start with it either. She`s born in Dec. But I know I do not want a Christmas theme party. I`m renting a banquet hall so all suggestions are welcome. Please help!
